Our Innovative Dining Solutions team uses these customer insights to design cutting-edge residential restaurants that focus on variety, convenience and nutrition. We offer two proprietary residential restaurant concepts. Real Food on Campus™, (RFoC), is an all-you-care-to-eat on-campus restaurant that uses only the freshest of ingredients prepared in an open style kitchen. Our other proprietary concept, the Fresh Food Company®, features dining stations with themes and menus that change daily.
As a result of our ongoing research, we also developed Just4U™ — Food that Fits Your Life — healthy menu platform. Just4U™ points the way to a healthier lifestyle by highlighting hundreds of "better-for-you" menu selections.
